Wildlife Care Association Holiday Donation Drive

Post Date:11/21/2017

The City's Animal Services team is holding a holiday donation drive to support wildlife in our community through the Wildlife Care Association!

Did you know that the City’s Animal Services team responds to over 1,200 calls per year to assist wildlife in Rancho Cordova? Everything from the broken wing of a seagull found at Cordova High School, to rescuing baby ducklings.

The Wildlife Care Association is a non-profit organization run by volunteers and supported by local donations. Each year, they help more than 6,000 sick, orphaned, and injured animals. The partnership we have with them is vital in maintaining a harmonious balance with wildlife in our City. If you'd like to support wildlife in our community, consider contributing to this organization to help the furry friends in our community.

Click here to download the donation wish list. We will be collecting items for them through Wednesday, December 20 at the following locations:

Rancho Cordova City Hall
2729 Prospect Park Drive
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Neighborhood Services Center
2880 Gold Tailings Court
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

If you have any questions, please call 916-851-8775.
