Sealed Proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City of Rancho Cordova, 2729 Prospect Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670, up to the hour of 2:00 P.M. on Friday, February 23, 2018 and will be publicly opened and read for performing the work on the Folsom Boulevard Streetscape Enhancement Phase 4 Project.

General work description: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for installation of curb, gutter, bifurcated sidewalk, bicycle lanes, ADA ramps, signing and traffic striping, and planted raised medians in accordance with the Folsom Boulevard Specific Plan. The project includes installation of storm drain pipes, manholes and inlets; and traffic signals and lighting improvements.

Estimated Construction Cost: $ 5,800,000.

Bidders are hereby notified that this contract is subject to the Davis-Bacon Federal minimum wage rates and State prevailing wage rates. Pursuant to Section 110 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 and Section 1770, et. seq. of the California Labor Code.

Bidders and contractors performing work under this advertisement are further bound by the requirements of President's Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 109 of Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; the Davis-Bacon Act; the Copeland “Anti-Kickback” Act; and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
