The Building & Safety Division provides plan review, inspection and permit services to ensure the quality of construction and the proper use of property in the City of Rancho Cordova. Our job is to create a safe, livable community. We do this by:

Providing an efficient permit and inspection system that meets customer requirements Providing information and assistance to builders, developers and homeowners Developing, improving and implementing building codes and regulations
