Statewide Direct Primary Election - June 5, 2018

Primary Election Calendar:
April 26                 Voter Information Guide (Sample Ballot) mailed to every registered voter
May 7                    Vote By Mail Ballots mailed to every registered voter
May 21                   Deadline to Register to Vote (in Sacramento County, you can still register to vote 
                                at any Vote Center location through Election Day.

May 26                  Vote Centers Open
June 5                   Election Day; Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked on or before June 5, 2018

General Municipal Election – November 6, 2018

City Council Seats - At the November election, two seats on the City Council (currently held by Mayor Linda Budge and Council Member Garrett Gatewood) will be up for election.   The remaining three seats on the City Council are currently held by Vice Mayor Robert McGarvey, Council Member David Sander, and Council Member Donald Terry. Their terms end in November 2020.
