The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking funding for three projects to improve safety for pedestrians and bicyclists throughout our community. The projects include new bicycle striping and signage north of Folsom Boulevard, new safety improvements for six elementary schools, and bicycle safety education and programs for children and adults. Your feedback will help the City receive state or federal funding for these projects.

Join us for a community meeting on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 4 PM to 6 PM at Rancho Cordova City Hall, 2729 Prospect Park Drive, to learn more and share your thoughts about the following three proposed projects.

Neighborhood Greenway Project

The Neighborhood Greenway Project is a proposed project that includes new bicycle striping and signage on 13.8 miles of road north of Folsom Boulevard. The project will improve walkability and bikeability in Rancho Cordova neighborhoods, and create safe routes for residents traveling within the neighborhood, to the American River Parkway, or to light rail on Folsom Boulevard.
