News

We are very excited to announce a new and helpful resource for our customers. We have created a Development Processes and Fees Booklet that provides information about building permit fees, development impact fees, deposits, and processes applicable to new development in the City of Rancho Cordova. We still encourage applicants to contact the Development Services Team (DST) to help ensure that development projects move quickly and efficiently through the entire permitting process.

For a current list of development projects in Rancho Cordova, visit the Development News and Project page.
