Mindy Cuppy is the City Clerk for the City of Rancho Cordova. In this role, Mindy compiles and distributes City Council meeting agendas, documents all laws that are enacted, administers elections, receives and opens bids, and is in charge of recordkeeping.
Prior to joining the City of Rancho Cordova in 2007, Mindy served as the executive assistant to the President of Heald Colleges in Roseville and Rancho Cordova, and she also worked in the human resources department at several private agencies and companies.
She is a member of the City Clerks Association of California, the International Association of Municipal Clerks, and the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
Mindy earned a B.A. in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an A.A. from Sierra College.
