The City of Rancho Cordova's Volunteer Program offers opportunities for residents, community members, and businesses to share their talents and energy to making a difference in our community. Our Volunteer Program is committed to providing meaningful opportunities for volunteers, engaging the community, enhancing city services, and building great relationships.

Businesses Can Volunteer, Too

During the past year, several businesses have offered their staffs' services to assist with projects in the community. Business volunteers have made home improvements, planted trees and other landscaping, participated in street inspections looking for potholes and graffiti, or assisted with other projects. Some businesses volunteered for a whole day and others volunteered for a shorter time. Some offered financial support for their undertakings, and some projects were financed by other means. All of the participating businesses reported that it was a very positive and team building experience and that their employees enjoyed interacting and positively impacting the lives of others.
