The Economic Development Department is currently accepting bids for Urban Infill Demolition. The work to be completed includes 6 contiguous parcels located along the north side of Folsom Boulevard, to the south of Croetto Way and parallel to Woodberry Way. This site is informally known as the Stagger Inn bar and is a redevelopment project in partnership with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Rancho Cordova.
