Soy-Glazed Spam Musubi (pg. 90) ingredients:

• Soy sauce
• Light brown sugar
• Mirin (optional)
• Neutral oil
• Spam less sodium
• Sushi nori
• Furikake
• Short-grain rice 

Participants will receive a copy of "Aloha Kitchen." Must check in with staff upon arrival to receive your copy.
