The Soroptimist's Live Your Dream program provides grants to women who are working to better their lives through additional schooling and skills training.

Six award winners will be honored at a special luncheon awards ceremony at Cattleman's Restaurant on March 29.

Recipients may use the cash award to offset any costs associated with their efforts to attain higher education, including books, childcare and transportation. The program begins on the club level, where award amounts vary. Our club awards $250-$1000. Club recipients become eligible to receive region-level awards, which are granted through Soroptimist’s 28 geographic regions. Currently, each Soroptimist region grants one first place award for $5,000, a 2nd place award for $3,000 and several $1,000 awards.

Soroptimist is a global volunteer non-profit organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment.
