Using nervines and adaptogens is a great way to find more calm, better resilience, and better well-being overall. With so many wonderful herbs that fall into these categories, it can be overwhelming to choose the best herbs for you and when and how to use them. This class will introduce a number of my favorite nervines and adaptogens and demystify the process of choosing the best one(s) for you. We will talk about each herb’s specific qualities, and how to combine and prepare them for the best effect. Participants will have a chance to sample several herbs and herbal products, and make some of their own to take home.
There is a materials fee for hands-on, take-home projects: $10 payable to the instructor at the class.
