These 60-minute outdoor yoga classes are open to all levels. The sessions will be a blend of breath work and intentional movement taught in a style that is intuitive and accommodating to all who attend. Please pre register and bring your own mat and water bottle. Any last minute changes due to weather or cancellation will be posted on Soil Born Farms homepage.
