This class offers classroom and hands-on instruction for growing an array of medicinal and culinary herbs, and an introduction to using what you grow. We will cover the basics of starting herbs from seeds and other methods, and planting, caring for, and harvesting medicinal plants. We will discuss the gardening year, including the best time to start, grow, and harvest medicinal plants of different types.
