Set your sails and ready your tails! This year's California Mermaid Convention takes place May 15-17, 2026.

The event kicks off Friday, May 15 with events in Sacramento, and then Hagan Community Center serves as venue for Rancho Cordova events beginning at 9 AM Saturday, and running through Sunday evening.

The convention weekend typically features underwater mixers, adult and children's programming, exciting vendors, photo shoot opportunities, interesting presentations, and a Bubble Ball for mermaid enthusiasts of all ages. It’s always a flipping good time!
