Along the way, you’ll discover their traditional healing uses—like elderberry for immune support, yarrow for resilience and wound care, and mugwort for digestive and calming benefits.
Our walk blends hands-on plant identification with stories of traditional and historical herbal practices and practical tips for ethical foraging and preparation. We’ll close by sharing a warming cup of seasonal tea, steeped from the very plants we’ve discussed, for a moment of community and restoration.
