The City of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to select up to two firms to provide construction management, construction inspection, materials sampling and testing, and laboratory services on an on-call basis for various projects in the City of Rancho Cordova.
Typical projects could include roadway, streetscape, landscaping, utility, structures, or other Public Works construction projects. The City's future Capital Improvement Projects are included in the City's online budget module (https://stories.opengov.com/ranchocordovaca/published/_9iLN1BLI). The projects will require a full-service consultant with the ability to deliver a wide range of services including, but not limited to project inspection, quality assurance, materials sampling and testing, safety, claims mitigation, document control, labor compliance, and construction management. City is seeking consultants with strong public works and civil engineering construction skills, depth of resources and sensitivity to local and regulatory issues.
This solicitation is not for specific projects, but for specific services. The services are to be provided for the duration of the contract term. The projects may be funded through various State, local, and federal funds. This solicitation is for Federal Projects.
