The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for City-owned properties, including streetscapes, medians, rights-of-way, and facility grounds.
Services generally include mowing, edging, pruning, fertilization, weed and pest control, litter removal, irrigation system monitoring and adjustments, and plant replacement as needed.
Minimum qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Valid California C-27 Landscape Contractor License
- Valid QAL or QAC certification
- Ability to meet City insurance requirements
- Capacity to begin work on July 1, 2026
The City encourages participation from small businesses and disadvantaged business enterprises.
