The City of Rancho Cordova is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide youth enrichment programming at the Rancho Cordova Youth Center (RCYC) from August 2026 through June 2027.

Located at 10455 Investment Circle, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670, the RCYC serves youth and teens ages 6 to 17 and is operated by the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Sacramento and Rancho Cordova Police Activities League as an after-school and extended-day program.

The City is seeking proposals for youth programming in the following approved categories only: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, soccer drills, sports, and STEM. Priority will be given to vendors with demonstrated experience serving youth, particularly students in 1st through 5th grade, and those able to provide programming during prioritized FCUSD school break periods and after-school hours.

Selected vendors must be able to meet City insurance requirements, pass the RCYC background check process, and operate within the Center’s scheduling, space, and program parameters. The full RFP includes detailed information on proposal requirements, eligible program dates, room availability, evaluation criteria, and the tentative selection schedule.
