OPEN Neighborhood Traffic Management Program Phase 7

The City of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department is soliciting bids for the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) Phase 7 Project.

The NTMP Phase 7 Project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to construct traffic calming bulb-outs, traffic circle, crosswalks, curb ramps, traffic signs, drainage inlet relocation, together with miscellaneous curb, gutter, sidewalk, and pavement striping and details not mentioned above, and described in the Special Provisions or as shown on the Plans or as designated by the Engineer at Bridlewood Drive from Zinfandel Drive to Cobblestone Drive. Total Construction estimate is $257,000 with an anticipated construction duration of 50 working days. 

Contractors should have a strong understanding of Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications, applicable State and Federal regulatory requirements, and County of Sacramento and City of Rancho Cordova design and development standards.

All interested parties must submit Bids in accordance with the conditions and deadlines established for this project. All bid documents, Q&A, addenda, and bid submissions will be posted and accepted online.
