The City Clerk’s Department oversees access to public records. Many city records are available online including ordinances, resolutions, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and Certificates of Occupancy.

If the record you are looking for is not available using the search menu below, please submit a public records request.

Note: In order to view city records using the online search below, download a PDF document viewer to your computer.

Instructions to Search for City Records

  1. To begin a search, use the Search Type drop-down box to select record(s).
  2. If applicable, provide additional information below as requested to narrow the search.
  3. Once the information is entered, click Search.
  4. For a more detailed search option, click the Click Here for Full-Text Search. This feature will search specified terms within each record available in the search menu below.

Instructions to Search for City Records Using Full-Text Search

  1. To begin a search, use the Document Type drop-down box to select the record you are searching for.
  2. If applicable, provide additional information below as requested to narrow the search.
  3. Once the information is entered, click Search.
