FPPC Campaign Statements (Form 460, 470, etc.)
Effective January 1, 2021, AB 2151 requires a local government agency to post on its internet website, within 72 hours of the applicable filing deadline, a copy of any specified statements, reports or other documents filed with that agency in paper format and must be made available for four years from the date of the election associated with the filing.
Per AB 2151, copies of Campaign Disclosure Statements filed with the City Clerk's Department may be reviewed on this page.
Please note that certain personal information for statements that are posted electronically (i.e. online or by email) are required to be redacted.
FPPC Statement of Economic Interest (Form 700)
Every elected official filer who makes or influences governmental decisions is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests pursuant to California Government Code Section 87200, also known as the Form 700. The elected officials or 87200 filers who file Statements of Economic Interest are: Linda Budge, Garrett Gatewood, Joe Little, Siri Pulipati, and David Sander.
Copies of the Statements of Economic Interest filed by the 87200 elected officials may be obtained by visiting the Office of the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC), located at 1102 Q Street, Suite 3050 Sacramento, CA 95811, or online at the FPPC's Website.
