About the Good Neighbor Guide
The Good Neighbor Guide, now in its 2nd edition, provides Rancho Cordova residents with important guidelines about city requirements, helpful tips and services, key contacts, as well as frequently asked questions.
From how to order free trees, schedule bulk trash pickups, and use Fresh Connect, to what to do if you receive a Courtesy Letter or see a pet loose in your neighborhood, the Good Neighbor Guide contains a broad range of information designed to educate our residents.
The 2nd edition includes a comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions section, expanded explanation of Code Enforcement inspections, a more comprehensive resident resources section, as well as updated assistance and services provided by the city.
Copies of the guide were mailed to all city residents and can also be downloaded here. We hope you find this guide a useful tool!
