Apply by August 1 for city-funded college support at Folsom Lake College
Rancho Cordova high school graduates and local veterans may qualify for help covering eligible college costs at Folsom Lake College for up to two years!
Applications are open February 1-August 1, 2026.
Quick eligibility check
You may qualify if you:

Live in Rancho Cordova.

Graduated high school or earned a GED between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2026, or are a U.S. military veteran.

Enroll in at least 6 units at Folsom Lake College, the Rancho Cordova Center, or the El Dorado Center.

Submit FAFSA or CADAA and demonstrate unmet financial need.

Pass at least 6 units with a C or better each semester to stay eligible.
What can RCCP help cover?
College costs add up. RCCP can help.
Eligible students may receive up to $886 per semester for up to four semesters, depending on eligibility and funding requirements.

- Step 1: Apply to Folsom Lake College
Start your college application through CCCApply.
- Step 2: Submit the RCCP application
After you receive your FLC student ID, complete the Rancho Cordova College Promise application.
