Building a Place for Community
Rancho Cordova’s vision for a future community center and civic campus is one step closer to becoming a reality. The city signed a Letter of Intent to purchase 10845 and 10875 International Drive to develop into a future community center.
First Steps
During a City Council Work Session on August 25, 2026, the City Council heard from staff and discussed the project’s vision and progress, as well as listened to feedback from project partners and the community. The City Council provided staff with direction to move forward with plans to purchase 10845 and 10875 International Drive, as well as to develop a more formalized design.
