The Community Pride Scholarship supports Rancho Cordova high school seniors as they graduate and move on to their next chapter. The 2025 annual Community Pride Scholarship awarded two $1,000 scholarships to Rancho Cordova seniors who demonstrate pride in our community, volunteerism, and ambition to succeed.

The scholarship was created by City of Rancho Cordova employees who believe in promoting involvement in our community and opportunities for youth to continue to explore higher education. The scholarship fund is primarily supported through:

• City of Rancho Cordova employee donations, and
• The City of Rancho Cordova, which matches $1 for every hour city employees volunteer in the Rancho Cordova community.
