The City of Rancho Cordova is dedicated to cultivating a skilled and resilient workforce that drives local business success while providing residents with meaningful career opportunities. Through strategic partnerships with employers, educational institutions, and workforce organizations, the city strives to ensure that businesses have access to top talent and job seekers are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in today’s economy.

Talent Pipeline Management (TPM)

The Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) program is a strategic workforce development initiative designed to connect Rancho Cordova businesses with the workforce they need. In partnership with the Rancho Cordova Area Chamber of Commerce, the industry-led program helps local employers address talent shortages by identifying workforce needs, aligning training programs, and creating clear career pathways for job seekers.

Program Benefits:

  • Employer-Driven Solutions – Businesses define workforce needs and work together to develop training strategies.
  • Stronger Talent Pipelines – Job seekers gain direct access to in-demand career pathways.
  • Workforce & Education Alignment – Training providers and educational institutions tailor programs to match industry needs.
  • Economic Growth & Opportunity – A skilled workforce supports business success and a thriving local economy.
